We proposed to our chefs the challenge of developing and adapting recipes using agave sweetener to produce “healthy” dishes easy to prepare.

How to read our recipes?

Our recipes are classified by category: starters, sauces, meals, desserts, baking, beverages and cocktails to better help you identify and facilitate the development of your balanced menus.

We show you the general time of preparation and cooking recipes. Preparation time often includes soaking time, marinade, refrigeration or rest.

Quick Tips:
Placed at the end of many recipes, these valuable insights will enable you to adapt the dish, find alternatives or to vary the flavours. These tips also provide information and advice from our chefs with technical and material preparation.

Prevention is better than treating!

Prevention remains the most intelligent solution. A healthy balanced diet is a good basis for ensuring a harmonious and healthy life.
Here is a selection of healthy recipes easy to succeed – check back periodically, as we like to add recipes when we find something new. They have been created and tested by professionals to make your life easier and are composed mostly of ingredients available in any store.
