Coconut Granola

Ingredients List
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • A half cup of sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup sliced almonds
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ cup agave syrup
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • ½ cup flaked coconut
  • Vanilla

Mix all ingredients and spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Bake in 350 oven for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Let cool at least one hour before putting in an airtight container.

Quick Tip

Store at room temperature for 2 weeks.
We love to eat our Coconut Granola with almonds, coconut milk (that is my favorite) or kefir or yogurt with fruit.
