Glazed Carrots

Ingredients List
  • 1 lb. – carrots, peeled and sliced into 1/2-inch-thick pieces
  • 4 tablespoons – butter (1/2 stick)
  • 1/3 cup – agave syrup
  • -1/4 teaspoon – ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Place carrots in a large saucepan and cover with water. Boil until slightly tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and return to pan.

Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Place into a covered casserole dish and bake, covered, for 20 minutes.
